The candidate should have demonstrated an interest in, and an aptitude for, property law and related areas of practice.
The probationary tenant will be assessed and considered for membership at the end of the six-month period. The successful candidate will be allocated a member of Chambers as a mentor and can expect a busy court- and tribunal-based practice involving possession claims, service charge disputes, residential property litigation and advisory work. Chambers regards the probationary tenancy as a pathway to full membership and will not make an offer unless it considers the successful candidate to be a realistic prospect for tenancy at the conclusion of the probationary tenancy.
