Erskine Chambers is the leading company law set, with a strong practice in related fields including insolvency, financial services, commercial litigation and offshore work.

We are located in a beautiful 18th-century building in the Temple.

Our website is www.erskinechambers.com, which contains information about our set, our work, and what pupillage is like at Erskine. About the candidate:

We are looking to attract a candidate for a 3rd six pupillage. We will not make an offer to a candidate who we do not consider to be a realistic candidate for tenancy at the end of their six months with us.

Candidates will receive an award at the same level as in the second six of our 12-month pupillage award, payable monthly in advance (£35,000 in total, £5,833 per month).

Candidates will ideally have had experience of company or corporate insolvency law during their first twelve months in pupillage, but we are willing to consider applications from exceptional candidates from more general commercial or chancery sets.
